    Goliath, a Lightning would be sweet!! I'd vote against a SN-95, I owned one for about 6 mos. and hated it compared to my Fox, it was the biggest dog (6 cylinder cars would hand me my A**) and I was lucky enough to get one that had the infamous mysterious "pinging" problem.

    5150 LX, a 99+ Lightning with a Novi-2k, or turbo would be sweet! Maybe a procharger? or a vortech t-trim?

    I dunno, I need to find a lightning first :( I want one really bad d00d! Seriously!!!! :D

    Yeah dealerships think those damn things are made of pure gold. However, I had a buddy who's a car salesman and his favorite expression is "There's an a** for every seat", meaning someone will pay what they want for the vehicle, sad but true.

    btlfed where are you measuring that from because I am pretty sure that we are using the same pulley? Mine is 7.25" but I don't measure from the lip but instead measure from the belt ribs.

    when you put the 7.75 crank pulley or even 8 did you all upsize in belt size or where you all able to squeeze the belt paxton sent on there? im running a 6" inch belt noe seeing 6 to 7 lbs of boost at 6,000..i want to get the boost sooner..thanks in advance...

    as soon as it cools off this fall i'm gonna run up to summit and get one of the vortech 8" pullies. Because if it dosen't fit summit has a wonderful return pollicie! Hey sinner what belt did you end up using?
    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    just curious what all the revised 1k guys are paying for the 8" pullies? i know retail is $200 but im curious is somone found a deal on them somewhere? ASP the only place...........thanx,
