3.25 pulley?

I made 485 rwhp with the STOCK novi pulley on my 94 mustang with about 10-11 psi at 6500(was somewhere around there). I have an extra 3.25 pulley sitting in the garage, just wondering what everyone thinks the car would make HP and PSI wise with that 3.25 pulley. thanks.

I have one in my garage as well!! I estimate it is worth another 3-4 psi and 30-50 hp. Haven't had the nerve to try it yet, when I get my head unit back I will give it a go.

why is the boost so low at that rpm it should be some were around 14-16 psi i made 18 -19 psi at 6900 rpm with stock pulleys i would check to see if you have a boost leak some were first ,check your bypass valve those thing a always leakingand if you are going to change a pulley i would start with changing the bottem pulley first if it is a newer kit it only has a 6.87 inch bottem you may want to check that just in case ou still have a warrenty left on the head unit if you put a 7 inch on the bottem t should pick up about 3-4 psi at that rpm

what size is the stock blower pulley?

On a 87-93 kit with the 10 rib pulley it is 3.5 inch.

I have seen 18 with a 3.25 and 7" crank @6250 rpm, in the winter. It makes around 16-17 now. This is with a 83mm mass air and a 4" power pipe.
