    New show car owner

    Went to a car show at the request of 1 of the owners of Sticker Dude. His name is Greg and he drives a 9.80 CJ7.
    Not alot of cars showed up, but there where a few nice cars in my class, including an 88 GT with a vortech. I thought that I did'nt place when he got second, but then they called my name for the first place trophy :D . I was so stoked!!!! My wife and kids where there to share it with me, which made it even more special.
    I believe that this is a sign of good things to come. I am waiting for a job offer from a near by fire depatment and I will be looking to break into the 10's @ the NMRA Joliet event!!!!

    A 9.80 CJ7?? But then again I got my *** handed to me by a built Landcruiser one... Still would love to see pics of a CJ that'll run 9's.

    Congrats on the show, one of these days when I get my lowely POS back together I may fare such the same.

    What did that CJ7 look like?....How can a Jeep do 9's?.....did you mean the GT was a 9 second car?....hummm....that would be cool if you got any pics...and congrats on the car show!!

    Eric, that is way sweet buddy. I'm a little upset I won't be able to make it to joliet. I've been working so much, and have just not had any energy afterwards. good luck and congrats.
