    F-2 power

i think this is a very underestimated blower. i have seen a few cars make very good power with it, just wondering why more prople dont run them.

Most people are scared of them... LOL. Just kidding, I would think it's due to the size of them. They lend themselves more to a race care then a street car. And by nature this forum is more street cars then race cars. But hey what do I know.

PS: My motor should be back this next week, so I will have updated numbers with my new F2 :)
More boost then a 20psi gauge.

    Hi,

What would you guys say an F2 is approximately equal to in Vortech land, like an X trim or a XX trim? What does it move for air, over 2000 cfm?

    Thanks,
    Jim

    F-2

I just ordered mine. I am replacing my D2. The D2 I have pushes 2250 cfm and the F2 pushes 2700 cfm. That's a bunch of air. I drive mine on the street and everyone says mine is loud...I can't wait to hear the F2. I have heard the F-2 is one of the best blowers ever built. LaRocca said they have one on a car with a 289 that just ran a 7.87 at over 178 mph. I plan to drive mine on the street still. I hope I don't vacume up any of those small import cars out on the street. Time will tell.
