Well thanks to Steve (468LC) I have a new 7.25" crank pulley... hell because of him I had directions on how to make the cool discharge tube... the bosch bypass part number... you name it. Thanks man!!
Anyway, I got the pulley on today when my Cobra water pump pulley arrived, and even though it was about 100 degrees :( I made a few quick pulls on the street to see what we can expect.
The first time I hit it I nailed the rev limiter pretty quickly at 6500, but saw 12 psi :) , otherwise was seeing about 11. After the first few pulls it got heat soaked and I saw around 10.5-11 psi while playin' around under 6200.
Hopefully after I fix third gear next week (like I should have done when I fixed 2nd gear :( ), I'll get some new dyno numbers and hopefully take it to the track on the ol' street tires. :D Car feels like it's floating on air through 3 gears, so that should be interesting.
Anyway, just lettin' you all know what the little NOVI is doing for me.
BTW, any guesses on what I should expect at the rear wheels?? At 7 psi, NO TIMING, and jagged air/fuel I made 365 to the rear wheels. Over 400 possible with much more timing and another 4 psi of boost now?
