Intercooler Tubing Coating Rubbing Off in Places - What to do?

There are several places where the coating on the intercooler has rubbed and/or flaked off and the intercooler is actually rusting (just surface rust) in those small spots. What should I do and what products to use? Thanks guys

Just find out what its rubbing and try to correct it, if that doesn't work then get some silver touch up paint and fix it. Mine is rubbing off in places too, so I'm just gonna try and get it powder coated.
