    vortech AFTERCOOLER owners....check this out..

Did you have problems mounting the cooler with tall motor sport valve covers...?
i have the head unit in the upward position, but the cooler is still hitting the top of the valve covers...about 1/2".
    I have a hollley systemax intake w/1" spacer,still hits..
i have shaft mount roller rockers as well,so if you can give me a good ideal on what kind of valve covers you run, that would help also...
    Thanks in advance...

i have a vortech aftercooler but had to change to the small valve covers.

but i also am running the spyder intake with a one inch spacer.

when i had a typhoon intake on the car the aftercooler was tilted.

not sure what you could do. with the spyder intake i had to buy another elbow intake and had it modified shorter at the throttle body intake they cut an inch off and welded it back on.

    good luck

    Aftercooler

I had to go with the Comp Cam Composites. The aftercooler is still tilted a little though. I had to have it all fit under the stock hood. I'm running the Vortech box intake cooler without the internals and it works awesome! Good luck.
