    Aftercooler or Water Injection?

Hey i am finallly about to attempt my Novi2 install this weekend.
And since i am doing the install myself i have some loose change and was wondering if i should buy a used aftercooler or that snow brothers water/methonal injection that i see a lot of in the mags, other than price is there any pros and cons to either?

I don't think the aftercooler would be worth it. I've spoke with a bunch of guy's about doing one for my car, and have been talked out of it. The benefit of an aftercooler is the fact that it alows you to run more timing. But since the chamber isn't going to see as much boost through the a/c, your results with the extra timing would probably be about the same as with less timing, no aftercooler, and more boost. In order to make the same boost through the aftercooler, you would have to swap pullies, and void your warranty. Not worth the cost and hassel in my book.

Get in touch with paxtu22 about the alkie injection.

I like the aftercooler! I'm planning on getting one when the time is right.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

Ever consider a small shot of NOS? You get the cooling effect and the added HP from the spray. You dont need to use it all the time just when needed :)
