    New guy with a question

Hey guys, great site! I was directed this way by a member from a Mustang site. I have been thinking about putting a supercharger on my car. I have always favored Paxton over other brands, as I have owned 2 in the past. This time last year I was a 2k owner. That car was stolen and stripped, while at a body shop. I have since started all over (I think it's for the better). I am now running a DSS 306 10.5:1 compression. Is this too much compression. Lowering the compression is something that I want to leave as a last resort. I have no problem with running race gas, as this is not a daily driven car. What are my options? Can it handle 6-7 lbs of boost? I would like to see what you guys think.

P.S. This motor is brand new...........hence, that is why I really don't want to pull it back apart yet.

    Thanks,
    Brent

    not to much comp.
You could run 10-12#s with race gas no problem.
    Just listen for detonation!
