    holley systemax II intake.. upper bolts??

    how did you guys torque the upper down on the bolt under the T/B and also right in front of that where you gotta sqeeze in the intake? better yet how did you guys get that bolt in?? i cant even get it inside the hole to screw in! any help would be great thanks.

    i used a stud and a nut with a flange. yes it is a pain.

    Same here, I had to get a little stud and nut to put there.

    The Holley might flow good but it sure isnt easy to work on.
    1993 notch, 357W forged pistons 9.2-1 comp,Vortech S-trim 3" / 8" pullies, AFR 185 heads, Trick Flow R intake, Anderson B451 cam, PMAS 80mm, 06 PMS, 60# injectors, 3.55 gears and PA SC C4, Dual Walbro fuel system. Best ET 10.35 @ 135mph

    I just torqued it by feel...there's no way to get anything but a wrench in there.

    yea i know, its a pita, but it feels different? unless thats what everyone talks about loosing torque for high HP. but im getting a smell also... kinda smells like antifreeze, but i dont see none leaking, hope theres nothing going into the head or anything.... hmmm
