    New member, check this out!

    Hello,

I just bought a 92 LX 5.0 about three weeks ago, and my v-2 s-trim is now sitting in my garage. It gets bolted on this weekend!!

I bought the car bone stock, and will only make a few changes beyond the vortech. I want a fun sleeper, with a killer audio system.

Check out these pics of some custom gauge pods I've done for some people around Memphis. Most people that see them go nuts, especially since there aren't many other choices available.

I'd like your feedback and look forward to posting on this forum.

    thanks,

    Alan

Nice job Alan. You should start posting those pics and see if anyone else is interested in your custom setup. You could really start getting something going. Your right, there are not that many choices for gauge pods.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The response to these little inventions has really caught me off guard. I am now scrambling with my partner to figure out how to make a bunch of them!

I will be posting pics of my 92 LX with its gauge pod, custom door panels, and stereo soon.

First things first, as soon as I press "post reply" on this message I'm writing, I'm on the way to put my s-trim on the stang.

    waaa hooooo!

Anyone else care to give their opinion on my work, or have some custom application they'd like to see for their mustang? I'm pretty sure we can pull it off, or at least try.

Thanks (I'll be faster the next time i post!),

    Alan

The outside gauge is clearly visible from the driver's seat, with no obstruction from the pods. That photo was taken from the back seat on the passenger side (sort of), so it is an awkward angle.

Thanks for the kind feedback, I hope to make these available to you guys sometime in the near future.
