Holley Systemax head question

I have pedestal mount rockers on my Holley Systemax heads. They are 1.94 - 1.60 stainless valves. Stage 3 ported/polished. My car never smoked until I bolted on these heads and now it smokes almost everytime I start it. I was told tonight that it is common on these heads and I was told that the fix is to remove the rocker bolts and put black RTV on the bolt and then tighten them back down to spec. My question is this : Is it possible for oil to get through this bolt hole and onto the tops of the valves ? Originally I thought it was bad valve guide seals.

Man this same thing happend to my friend...same exact heads....turns out to be only valve seals on his heads...we didnt know or try the RTV bolt trick but his heads are in the shop now and the guy claims bad seals

ok will do possibly tomarrow night......BTW my bud got his heads back today and the bolt hole goed all the way thru to the intake port so yes i can see you needing rtv on the bolt threads
