    What size filter with Powerpipe

    I'm still goona run my powerpipe, what size k&n air filter can I cram into the fenderwell, minus the maf. If you have a model number, even better.

    Chris, you could get anderson fords largest power stack filter to fit. I really like there filter design.

    I had there smaller one on my car along with a c&l meter. I had to cut a little bit of inner fender, but it fit. Next time around, I'm probably going to do the same. On my gt it hung down right behind my fog light hole. I'm thinking on the new lx I may drill some holes in the bumper cover to get the ram air effect going on.

    i've got a huge one on my powerpipe. The bottom of my filter actually pokes out below the fender about 1/2" but you can't see it. The piece you get from morpheus between the meter and the pipe is pretty adaptable.
    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    I have thought about this as well, tell ya what....you do it and let me know how it looks. I'll let you be the guinea pig, lol.

    It'll happen maybe. Not somthing thats real noticable I don't think.
