The following gentleman has been seen praying on unsuspecting citizens for his own thrill. The fugitive has fetish based obsession which drives him to perform these acts apon the common person. He will slip into your gargage at night when you are asleep and under the cover of darkness he will promptly disconnect all your plug wires and then take off without a sound. This criminal is difficult to understand but he always leaves the same signature whne he leaves, its in the form of a very nicely polished billet pulley which has 408 inscribed on it. If you do catch a glimpse of the individual do not try to apprehend him yourself. We believe that he may retaliate by installing a Superchrger on your car the following evening. I know, this is a very sick man we are dealing with. So please keep your eyes peeled for the "Plug Puller". And lets try to make this a safer world for our vehicles.
