smog equipment

whats the easiest way to run the 1000 single belt without the smog pump.... i have no access to any fabrication equipment...

Dave you will need to come up with some way of bracing the alt. after you pull the smog pump. PM 468LC, Steve, and see how he did his.

I used the old brace that was on the stock lower intake.

Not sure yet Dave, car has been in pieces for over a year now. I don't forsee any issues with it though. 468LC and a couple other used a chunk of flat iron, this piece is everybit as strong as that would be.

I did the same as Steve.....upper intake bar...been working fine for months
