    Aftercooler idle solenoid relocation question

I had a question about the relocation of the idle bypass solenoid on a 93 cobra as part of the Aftercooler installation. The manual states to remove the solenoid from the intake and replace it with the supplied Vortech adapter using the factory gasket and screws (factory gasket has 2 holes, adapter has 1). It states to place the factory solenoid on the aftercooler with the supplied screws and supplied gasket (supplied gasket has 1 hole, solenoid has 2). Do you know if this is just a misprint or am I missing something? I would think the Vortech gasket with 1 hole would go with the one hole Vortech adapter and factory 2 hole gasket would go with the factory 2 hole solenoid.

Anyways, I installed it the way I would think it would go ( supplied 1 hole gasket on the intake) but now the gasket looks all bend out of shape and looks to be getting ready to fall apart. Anyone know what I am talking about?

    Jeff
