    Got the Pistons & Rod assembly done this am.....Gonna try to get them stuffed into the block today.

    sweet sean. It's nice to see that thing coming together, instead of being torn farther apart. :)

    I too did some work. Cut a hole for the power pipe. ran all wires for gauges, got the front swapped to the 5 lug stuff also. It's nice to have new pads, rotors, and rolling stock. :)

    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    Updated progress...

    Got half of the piston's in today, then screwed up a ring. So now I need to wait on a replacement...

    That sucks sean. I had that happen when I built my BBC. I was putting in number 7 out of 8 and broke a ring in the compressor. Had to wait a week. Booooooooo


    Looking good though.:)

    Yeah it sucked, was gonna "hammer" em all in today. One phone call to Brian with AD Performance and I was fixed up free of charge though, should get the replacement in a couple days since it's only coming from AZ.

    I take it I got the valve reliefs in the right spot then :D
