    PUlley out of round ???

I have been having a terrible problem with a engine vibration since my blower install. I have finally tracked it to my crank/blower pulley. I know many of you will say it is my balancer, but I have replaced this and it does it on both of them My question is this. Can using the Vortech supplied washers and lock washers cause the pulley not to seat properly? ( Yes I put them on the inside of the crank pulley. Or is it possible that my pulley is just not round?

    Any advice is appreciated.

What do you mean by "inside of crank pulley"
Make sure the pulley is sitting flush on the face of the dampner, and the hole in the pulley goes over the dampner.
