Recently rebuilt my 302 into a 306 with: TRW pistons; Edlebrock RPM heads, U/L intakes, TB and EGR, F303 cam, 42 # injectors, and a Powerdyne BD-11a with 11lb pulley. Recent dyno results produced approx. 400rwhp and 400rwtq on a safe tune. I estimate total power at 440rwhp and 450rwtq. Oh yeah, I also run a 7" crank pulley.

    re

I don't have dyno no's but here goes.I had a bd-11 running 9 lbs of boost on my 87 gt. convert. It went a best of 11.91 at about 117mph.It had stock cam and throttle body on stock short block. I did have a set of box stock TW heads with 1.6 omega gear roller rockers. It had a 75 mm bullet and 30 lb. injectors. 3.55 gears with an auburn pro and moser 31 spline axlesJba shorty headers and 2.5 inch flowermaster force 2 afterr an offroad h-pipe.I had a power pipe and a afm pms for the tuning although I ever did get to use it for killer tune.Intake was an unported gt-40 The car had more in it but I never got a chance to put a killer tune on it with the pms.The car weighed around 3650 lbs or maybe a little more with driver. The car was a 5 speed and did have very low miles. about 30,000 when it ran these times in 1999.I did have some problems with the blower though as it needed rebuilding with less than 5000 miles on it and about 25 or so passes at the track in the low 12 high 11 range. These things are ok but I would not buy another one to take to the track.I have heard other stories of these things being fine just telling you my experience.

friend of mine has a 50000 orig mile notch with a factory installed svo 6lb kit on it....we put LT's, x pipe, and a flowmaster catback on it, with a t5z and a spec stg 1 clutch...threw down 302hp/330tq on the rollers, with the stock 19lb fuel system too...(moving to 30lber's and 11lb pulley soon on that car)

i'm getting ready to put a bd10 at 9lb on my car with 24lb injectors...stock motor with LT's and x pipe, and ported lower intake...pushing 214hp/280tq now, hoping for ~320 after blower install

OMG that is great HP. What are your other mods? I didn't think that was possible with a 6# PD. :)

What size injectors are you running? Do you have an FMU? Tuner? What month 5.0 were you in? Thanks... ;)

I run 38 lb injectors with a 4 to 1 FMU. I also use an extender. I tuned it myself but my brother(twin) has had a supercharger for a long time so when I first put it on it ran good. I ran 11.90@113.98 n/a before the supercharger and when I first put the supercharger on it went 11.11@125.

I am in the August 5.0.

I just went to the track with my '89 notch. I went 12.6 @ 114. Stock longblock except an E-303 cam, Performer intake, 70mm tb, Tremec with 4.10's. I was seeing 10 psi on the gauge with a 2.70" blower pulley and a 7" crank pulley.
This was on cheap 245/50's. I run 30# injectors and a 6/1 FMU.
The car went 13.5 @ 103 before the blower.
