Convert to Draw Thru MAF?

Is it possible to convert to a draw thru MAF setup or is this wise? I would like to have more possibilities when it comes to using a MAF... I feel like I'm limited to the Univer for my choices if I want to get the best readings. I have a c/l 80mm on mine had no problem as long as the tubes are tight.
