Nope....you just need an eliminator of some type to bolt in place of the pump to eliminate bracket flex...otherwise you just need a brace to support the bracket.

the FRPP w/not work on 86-93.NO FLAMES PLS..there isn't any place to attach the alternator stay to (little crooked/curved"J" looking bracket)for stabalization..Unless i don't know what a FRPP eliminator is...
