Belts....

[95 Venom]

Do any of you guys on 94/95 cars have issues throwing belts or getting bad belt slip w/ your D1's? If so, how much boost are you running before it becomes an issue?

Its one of those "I heard" stories ;)

Heard because of where the blower sits...they make the belt this much or that much longer and it cause them to throw belts and/or slip real bad on the 94/95 cars.

Any truth to that?

The first time I jumped on the car I threw the belt. I then went to a idler pulley from a fox and a shorter belt(don't remember the exact length) and I have never thrown a belt since. I run 14-15lbs.
