Do not run under 25 degrees F??????

what is the story with the novi's and cold weather. I have heard from a few people now that i shouldn't run the 2000 in weather under 25 degrees. there has been a lot of speculation as to why, but id liek the official story if anyone has it.

The 2k's instructions warn about very low temps saying that the tight tolerances are affected by the cold weather. It states to use a heated garage or an engine heater for temps below 25 Farenheit. If you dont, it says you may damage the head unit.
It also warns against running the supercharger at full throttle when cold. It says to warm up the engine first until the car reaches normal operating temp for at least 2 mins.
