    What bypass set up are you using over 12# of boost?

    I am planning on running more boost this year. I am running a S-trim in a 1986 Capri. I know I need to upgrade the stock plastic bypass. I do not have a inlet or discharge tube at all. The only set up I have seen advertised is from Anderson Ford Motorsport.

    My question is what set ups are you 5.0 guys using? Who made them? Pro's/Con's?

    You should get the Vortech aluminum discharge tube and run the Vortech mini race by-pass. That's what i'm running. I think it's good up to 20#'s or something like that. But 100% better than the Bosch plastic POS. By the way, sweet heads man! THat's what I run, AFR-185's. Out of the box they can't be beat!:D

    On my old motor I ran the plastic bypass with 14psi. Never had a problem. Was one of those things I was going to change but never got around too.

    My AFR 205's are better than your 185's. :p j/k

    blown89stang- I am happy with the 185's so far.

    Forcedpower- Don't make me upgrade to the 225's and hunt you down!!! j/k :D

    I am also running the Vortech mini race bypass. Works well for me.:D
