Well my car is a little lean......I just don't know if its the chip or the 36 # inj.
But my car idles perfectly now with the chip.

I hAVE vic jr heads and vic 5.0 intake and TFS stage 3 cam and drag suspension and was wandering about putting on a novi 1000 would it be worth it, will this thing make bost with my heads?

I was making 10 psi wth a f-150 crank pulley and a stock blower pulley with holley heads rhen i switched to victor jrs and the boost dropped to 7 psi so i put on a 2.75 inch blower pulley and the boost hits 12 psi at 6200 rpm. So yes it will make plenty of boost.

I think Im gonna build my next motor supercharged with a NOVI 1000 and nitrous,,I hope the block doesnt break.

I made 474 with my 306 and stock pulley. If I had a different pulley and my parts could take it. I'd guess I'd be 550+ but my next combo I plan on doing 550+rwhp with stock 6# pulley still :)

only 14 degrees total timing and 91 octane.
Stock exhaust manifolds.
80mm Lightning MAF.
It was also pushing a 4.56 gear which was hurting numbers for sure.

Hey there, you wouldn't happen to have any audio of your car would you? I'm thinking about that cam or possibly the stage 2 but i'd like to have a listen to it if possible. Would be greatly appreciated.

Cool. What pulley. I know people with 99 cobras with d1 intercooled making 10#'s boost only making 450! Good to see our little 1k's making good power

Dont know what the standard pulley size is, but I measured it to be 2.860 with my calipers. Has to be a little smaller to make up for the pressure loss caused by the intercooler.

trick flow heads, trick flow stage 1 cam, holley system max ll- upper and lower intake, 42lbs injecters, 8" crank pulley, 12lbs of boost, t-3550 trans, 3:73 rear, novi 1k of course, morphius power pipe, 80mm mass air, 75 mm throttle body
