Like many of us it took me a few years to gather parts for my ati to vortech changeover. Late last year I got my ys trim renagade kit on my 91 up and running I purchased it in the summer of 2000. I have stock vavle covers yet the supplied renagade blower elbows chokes off the blower inlet badly via hitting the vavle cover help please.
I use aftermarket valve covers and had to cut/weld them to get the inlet eblow to fit.
I run stock valve covers with mine with no clearance problems...i couldn't get taller valve covers to fit.
