Just got a Novi 2000 and have some questions.

Where is the cheapest place to get pulleys?
    What weight oil is recommended?
What blow off valve is recommended for 20+ psi of boost?
What is the torque spec for the blower pulley?

I have no idea how much boost the thing will make. I will be running 6000rpms max. I have a 9" crank pulley and a 4.25" upper and a 3.75" upper. I figure with the 4.25" it will be spinning 50976 rpms and with the 3.75" upper it will turn 44979 rpms. The engine is a 5.4L ford.

you mean the other way around?

    9" crank 4.25" blower = 44978
    9" crank 3.75" blower = 50976

Not sure on the torque spec for the pulley, just made sure mine was nice n tight :P
Bypass valve I would recommend would be a Vortech mondo for 20+
Cheapest place to get pullies would be from Paxton until they no longer carry the pully size then one of the few choices you have is to go with ASP to make the size you want.
The oil weight question I'm not sure about, I've run synthetic and non through mine, still works great. A lower weight oil would probably have less drag on rotating gears, but I think the most important thing is frequent changing of the engine oil to keep fresh oil on all the parts as much as possible. Maybe Kelly can chime in, only way to find out is if someone had maybe done comparison testing.

    re

Let me know if you are interested in getting rid of the 4.25 blower pulley.
