What needs to be changed to put the renegade kit on a 94-95 mustang.
And how is the d1r on the street compared to a reg d1.

I believe my kit was put together before they offered an actual 94/5 renegade kit (if they do now), but this may help. I had water pump pulley to crank pulley interference issues so I used a remote pump and modified a backing plate. I got the alternator relocation kit to rotate it down and line up with the crank correctly (helped with tall valve cover interference also). To fit the big crank pulley and my thick radiator I had to move the radiator up, about 1" I think. Since there is no AC or PS there weren't any clearance issues with the head unit. Only thing I'd change is the bracket, my bracket seems to flex a little. I'm adding solid mounts and a brace this year. From what Ive seen and read, if you convert to the "old" style front cover and accessories everything bolts up fairly well. If you PM me with your e-mail address I'll dig up some pictures and send them.
