Hi everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster.
Question - 01 Cobra, Magnaflow CB, otherwise stock. Which SC would offer better quality/usefulness in the long run for my set-up. Not planning on anything other than adding a SC to my otherwise stock set-up. Contemplating V2-SQ or 1000. Insights greatly appreciated! :)
The V2-SQ is able to make more power than the 1000. It all depends on how fast you want to go.
between THOSE two blowers, i'd say the V2-SQ with the aftercooler option.

As far as quality goes, they are made by the same company now. You really can't go wrong with either as they are both tried and proven. The Vortech v2-sq and v1-s are among the most popular out there. My v1-strim has been around for 4+ years now and has moved on to it's 3rd car now.

I love Novi's but I would definitely go with the Vortech simply because it has more room to grow than the Novi 1000.
I do very much like the vortech, but the procharger is also there as well. What's the latest word on the self contained prochargers? Are they still having seal problems or have they been able to take care of that?
