Setting up new Blower combo w/42's?????

    Here is my combo:

new 306 low comp d.s.s forged pistons
    stock rotating assembly
    S-trim w/10 rib setup (I'm guessing 12-14psi of boost)
    AFM powerpipe
    full ported tfs tw heads
    tfs 1.6 rockers
    tfs stock length hardend pushrods
tfs track heat intake w/ported lower
    lunati cam: 500/510 218/226 112 ls @.50
    70mm accufab tb and egr
pro-m 77mm mass air with supercharger calibration
    42 lb injectors without fmu
1 3/4 mac short tube headers
    bassani x/no cats
    mac cat back
    Areomotive fuel system
    msd 6btm
    ngk plugs
drivetrain: aluminum flywheel, T-5, and 3.55 rear gears

Basically what I need to know is how to put a good startup tune on this engine. I want to use the btm. I will run engine on 93, possibly 93/108 mix.
Just dont know how to do base tune with no FMU and lots of boost.

    Thanks,

    Mike

Personally, I would look into a tuner of some sort (Tweecer, PMS, etc.) for fine tuning driveability.

As a rule of thumb, I would recommend starting with base F/P around 40, timing at 10, BTM 1-2. Work up from there making small adjustments a little at a time, a little more base timing, a little less on the BTM and a little more or less on the F/P depending on how your car reacts.

Best way w/o a dyno or tuner w/ a wide band is to just run it at a local track on a test night, make a couple passes, tweak the tune a little, make a few more, etc.
