    Talking 2 completely different beasts!

Wow, I just took the LX out for s ride tonight because I am probably taking her to work tomorrow. What a completely different animal than my Cobra!! Its amazing how much bottom end this has compared to the 03. And how much quicker it gets through the rpms. Granted I usually shift about 5500 in the LX and about 6300 in the Cobra. I still don't have that 8" pulley worked out. Still seems to be running the water pump pulley. I am guessing its because of the Stewart waterpump. Oh well. I will get the pulley to the machine shop for the 4th time, and have them take a little more off of it. It's almost there.

It may very well be the fact that the '03 is a more refined car with a much nicer ride while the LX is just well more of a muscle car for lack of better terms, lol.

Yeah I got in it tonight to star it, and I was like "woah these seats are definately different. The shifter is closer, and shorter, and wow, the clutch is such a short push. Why have I never powershifted this thing!?!" Just about bounced it off the factory rev limiter in 1st the first time I got back on it. Definately wasn;t expecting that! Now its just a matter of who I spend the money on. Already bought a Tri-Ax and a cold air kit for the Cobra. Should be here next week. :D

sweet man. Modding 2 cars is fun but expensive. :D when I first got my powerstroke I drove it aropund for about 2-3 weeks straight. I then decided to take my 98GT to work (bone stock), DAMN it made that car feel fast.

Well after this Sunday taking the race car to the track,, I was like damn everything is slow again. It has been since the beginnig of Dec the last time i drove the race car so the 98GT starting to feel fast. lol

Man I would love to have the 03 Cobra for a daily, thats just sweet. But I'm only on my 2nd payment on the truck :D

I was in my friends 95 gt with afr 165's and cobra intake the other day and he let me drive it. It felt like a funny car after driving my S-10 all winter. I can't wait to get my car done!
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
