    Question Quick ?

Just wanted to know if it is possible to upgrade an S-trim to a T-trim. If so, how much would it cost? Thanks. :)

Yes, it is...but I'm not sure what the cost is.

Thanks, Hawk. I was gonna buy a Novi but the deal fell through. So I got a really sweet deal on a low mileage S-trim. I'm thinking of upgrading to a T-trim for next season.

$800 for the conversion comes to mind - best to give them a call.

Ian, that's Vortech's exchange program which works differently than sending in a unit to be upgraded. Basically what it is is they give you a credit for your old blower (if it meets their criteria) and then you can put that $750 towards the purchase of a brand new head unit. I wouldn't be surprised to see that an upgrade works out to the same kind of money though after all is said and done

You may be better off selling your S-trim head unit on ebay and buying either a used t-trim or new head unit. I may be wrong but I think that you have to have a heavy duty s-trim in order to have it it upgraded to a t-trim.
1992 Coupe 308 tfs tw heads, Holley intake, tfs stage 2 cam,1 5/8 long tubes, bullet 75, 70 T/B, 3.55 and tremec, 30 lb injectors , Hope to get a SC-trim in january looking for best deal now
