Can i just get any 6 rib 3.75 pulley?

Would I be able to remove the supercharger belt and drive my car with the FMU still connected? I think maybe your first assumption was right when you said...in first it seems flat until the boost comes on and then it picks right up hard.

You do have some tuning problems if your flat with the belt off and then the supercharger is making a temp. fix.

ASP sells pulleys for the Paxton. You can drive the car without the belt. You can leave the FMU alone it works with positive pressure not vacuum so it will do nothing till you are running the Supercharger.
