Angry another problem with newly rebuild novi

paxton just rebuilt my novi 2000. new seals, bearings, impellar, casing, everything but the gears.

now i drive it for 180 miles and the thing is screaming like a child. it skreeches as well. it definitely does not have that smooth whine to it and im pissed.

this is the 3rd time something has gone seriously wrong with this blower.

i think this is a bad bearing. it doesn't knock or anything but it doesn't sound right.

i sent an email to micah bartz basically demanding a new head unit because i have been through too much **** with this one.

what could have caused this problem so soon. the blower was getting oil, i took the feedline and blower oil feed tube out and they were both clean and there was definitely oil getting to the unit.

    im so frustrated.

anybody also know what happened to kelly over there?

    thanks

Kelly has moved onto another company.

When you installed the feed, did you crank the car over until oil came out? This ensures that the NOVI would not have been dry for the first start up.

we primed the motor very well. the blower sounded perfect for like 150 miles. i noticed about 30 minutes from home.

when you take the belt off is it the bearings or did they setup the impeller to close to the casing. I have seen them set the impeller to close and when the unit warms up it hits the intake housing.
