    new best again

Went out to the track tonight to make a few passes using the transbrake. Well here is the first pass off the trailer

    60ft. 1.604
    330' 4.386
    e/t ' 6.673 (new best)
    mph 106.17

That pass off the transbrake. I still need to lear to do it alittle faster due to I manily bracket race more and my r/t was a .391 Oh well

Next pass, I didn't get the tires burn off right and I spun

    60ft. 1.75
    e/t 6.92
    mph 104mph

But they told me they were only allowing street cars and I needed to show some type of insurance. But I didn't have any on me so they wouldn't let me run. All I really need is a insurance card and that should do. I really doupt the inspection will be in affect. Oh well I still got a new best and got to watch a few races.

    Nice!

    2 questions for you.

1 - Who did your AOD?
2 - How long is your supercharger belt?

    Thanks

    1. Mike's Trick Shift, he is my uncle a small shop in TX. He is going to be building me a AOD-E for it soon. So I won't have to worry about shifting. I love shifting but it will help me out a bunch in bracket racing.

    2. I'm really not for sure :( . I forgot it has been awile since we have bought a belt for it. Well the belt is going on a year old. And the length is not on the belt. But I can give you a # thats on it. Sorry for not being any help to you.

You know I still need to get the LM-1 hooked up that I bought from you. But I'm still using 112 gas. I need to switch over to some 100-104 unleaded gas before I finishing hooking it up.

As cheap as those sensors are you might as well hook it up. :)
They told me the sensor would probably last for a couple thousand miles with leaded fuel and of course 20,000+ on unleaded. I keep some extras and they are only $60.
