sn 89 fmu help

i have the whole kit but the fmu i bought it from someone and he didnt send the fmu its on the way but can i install this without it will it mess up my car???

HUH? say that again, I can not understand what your question is? And or what kind of problem you are having with your fmu??

Install everything, but don't drive the car because you will not have enough fuel under boost till the FMU is installed.

If you have the whole kit minus the fmu and your car is an everyday driver, don't install the fmu till you have the entire kit. I think it took me less than 1/2hr to install mine. If you have the eec tunner, I would try and figure out how to burn a chip to add fuel instead of the fmu. I have some friends who swear by tunning your own chip in place of the FMU. I have the equipment to burnn a chip, but not the time right now.
