Do I need to run an FMU?

I'm installing my Paxton Novi2000 and I'm just wondering whether or not I really need to use the supplied FMU. I already have an Aeromotive Competition fuel system, and I'll be tuning with an Anderson PMS. Can't I just use my Aeromotive regulator to set pressure and tune pulse width or whatever else with the PMS? I'm going to be running 55lb low impedance injectors, so I'd think that would be plenty for 14lbs of boost or so.

So what do you guys think? Do I need to use the FMU or should I sell it on eBay?

As long as your running 42lb injectors or larger you will be fine.

you should be fine but a dyno run will only tell for sure. Im running #30's on my Paxton novi 2000 w/ the FMU and I seem to be running rich so Im sure #55's will be pleanty.
