    Tensioner problems Help!

I have a p-600b procharger and I am complete with the install, I went to put the belt on and noticed that I have a problem! when I turn the adjusting collar on the tensioner nothing happens! It dosent move in either direction!I cant get the belt on the sc pulley. The bolt that holds the collar seems that to be resting on the bracket behind it that it bolts to. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone please explain how to do it the right way? Any Help would be great! I have searched some threads and found that some people have made there own, If thats easy enough I will try that as well Thanks Frank.

The tensioner can be a bit fussey. Try loosening the pivot nut just a hair, then crank the tensioner down a bit so you can move the collar around by hand. Now install the belt and crank the collar back up to where it should be, you may have to guide the collar through the bracket so it will not bind. I hope this helps you out. It is kind of hard to explain without showing you.
