In 1986 Ford released the 5.0 with e6 heads, arguably the worst heads put on a 5.0.
If you have these heads,Awesome power numbers.

Right now im averaging 175 miles every full tank (pumps stops filling at just over 13 gallons). Thats with all city driving, no highway. Thats roughly 13 MPG.

hey guys, back from the drags, just visiting the city and they were open for some street legal drag racing in Saskatoon. Decided why the heck not have some fun.hahaha
Ran the car the way it was, on the 20" rims and 555 nitto's (non drag radials) 245 35 20's Uncorked the borla and the tech guy asks " what are you going to run around? " Reply= " on the rubber bands here Im expecting 14,s" just not to get hassled about no helmet. (borrowed one later, after first pass.) Working out of the hole, ran.....reaction time=.091 60'= 2.44 1/4mile= 12.90 @ 115.7 mph. shift @4500 50% throttle first gear, 5400 75% throttle second gear and full throttle through 3rd and 4th shifting at 6400. Upping the shift points in first and second to 5800 netted RT= .121 60"= 2.33 1/4mile= 12.77 @ 117.01 mph. At this point, fastest car there on street tires that were not drag radials. Time for more boost. maybe 14psi. Have to make this thing faster on street radials.
