Total time it probably took about 12 hours at the most. It went pretty damn smooth. That was with two sets of hands also and no instructions at all.

The reason for the hole is due to the hack job that I did when I had the novi on it with the power pipe. To make it look decent, we just felt it would be best to cut everything out and build a panel at a later date for it. It really didn't need that much cutting.

On the other hand, I should be able to fit whatever turbo I want to down the road.

So here are some pics of the finished product. Tell me what you think.

    Brandon

This is the reason for the decision to go with a blow through setup! No friggin room for an 80mm shortie meter. Shelby and I both thought the turbo might like to breath through just an air cleaner instead of the whole inlet tube maf sensor aparatus.

A dyno date may be in order Brent. Not until I get some seat time in it and give a tunning device a little more thought though.

I bought a ProTurboKit also but mine is the renegade kit and all pipes and headers and exhaust all Jet-Hot coated, It also has the upgraded T-76 Turbo.
I'm not sure what the difference is in our 2 kits but I sure hope this baby makes more power than the old NOVI 1000. :D

way to go frank, get with me if you have any questions. All the ptk stuff, seems to be top notch.

Car has a single 3" magnaflow turned down at the back axel as of today. Nice mellow rumble. Loudest thing is the damn stock fan now.

I think that'll make enough to split your block when you turn up the boost :D

Now you need to build ya a nice motor to go with it Frank.

Drove it around the block last night actually. lol. No booost, since I still don't have a mass air meter in for the big injectors. Tonight I'm going to be borowing a meter from a buddy, so I should be able to get the big injectors in and have some fun here pretty soon. I guess I need to put the bumper cover back on also.

The car is very quiet, with just a very mellow rumble at idel. It definitly sounds like a turbo mustang though.
