    Installing FMU on AN-89

    I havent ran the FMU yet but looks like its running rich so im going to install the FMU later on today...

    The two fuel lines are easy BUT the vacuum line is what confuses me... That black vacum line goes from the top of the charger and TEE's off to where?

    Any pictures?

    The FMU vacuum line goes to the vacuum tree on the firewall.

    really? Then whats the nipple on top of the charger for??

    What nipple? If someone put a fitting on the impeller plate you can use that for a boost gauge. If you had problems with it running rich the FMU will not solve your problem it adds even more fuel when under boost. What is the spec of your setup? Example: Injectors size, throttle body size, MAS size,Intake kind, Heads and on and on....

    There is a little gold nipple on the charger,, Dont know whats it for.. It has a 1/4 inch opening to it and air does come out from it...

    That nipple will be the boost gauge port but that will only give you boost at the supercharger so I would get a plug to replace the nipple and get your boost reading at the vacuum tree with the FMU so that you have the boost reading that the engine is using.
