I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you will most likely be going through Procharger to get the tensioner. I looked around for one when mine went south for about a month, I couldn't find anything comparable. So I just bit the bullet and bought one from them. If I remember right it cost me about $70.
Just a side note- are you sure then tensioner is bad? have you tried taking it apart and rebuilding it?
