    What size rear gears do you all run in your foxbodies?

    I have a sn-89 currently about to hop it up to a VR4.

    Im running my stock gears right now and its killing me. What are you all using? 3:73's?

    Are you keeping the gearing lower due to the boost?

    Do you have a manual? Have you run the 1/4 mile with those?

    3.55 is what this car came with from the factory and I'll never change it...it's plenty of gear for this car. I couldn't imagine what it would be like to drive with something shorter as it spins the tires with ease with the power I make and going with 3.73's will jsut make it worse. It's just a good all around gear.

    umm getting really close~ hit the rev limiter right on the trap or a tad bit before at 5700rpm but car climbs good i got a video of it but i need to put them all on the computer and i just have a problem getting them smaller mb's.. but 4.10's are very close. and its 5 speed`

    I have the sn-89 right now, but as of next month it will be the vr4 upgrade.

    I am running the stock gear which i think is 3:08. I am also running the stock t-5.

    maybe i will get the 3:73's. you dont want to have to shift into 4th on the 1/4 right?

    you get the vr4 upgrade from paradise. you basically buy a whole new backhalf to the supercharger. its 650-700 plus shipping.

    is it worth it? how many psi is it max then? i seeing 9 now.. does it come with new impellers? ball bearings?
