    hey ian check it out!

    do'nt know if you have muscle mustangs mag, just got the new issue! this guy has a 92 gt with a kuntz built 408, ported high ports, reichard manifold, 160lb injectors, and ys-trim w/20lbs, and get this w/nitrous express on top of that!! accel gen 7 tunes the beast! mag said the owner would'nt give exact dyno # but the mag said it was over 1000hp!! to the wheels!! holy greenbacks batman :D i guess if you got the green,your car we'll be mean! :D

    i'd be happy with a damn supercharger at this point!! :( friend of mine had keith craft 408 in a 66 mustang, car ran consistent 10.50's all motor, light car though.

    Do you see the guys he names at the end of the article. Thats me...Doug Whitworth :). Thats my best friend Chuck. I am the one who put the fire out with a sleeping bag and I also did a tremendous amount of the work on it after the fire. It put down over 1000 with a 100 jet in it . He uses the nitrous for added power. He also uses methonal injection. BTW, I still pulled on him when we lined up for a 65 mile an hour horspower test :D .

    well it's a honor doug, and you pulled on him! i don't think i could even fathom the kind of power you guy's are making, but i did notice you guy's went on a roll,traction is not a problem is it! :D chuck has a very nice ride,got any pics of yours doug? :) jorge

    Chuch has a severe traction problem. He makes more RWHP than I do, but my car weighs 850 pounds less than his :). My car has no traction issues. I normally run high 1.3 sixty foot times so all is good with my suspension. Here's a couple of pics.

    Hey doug that's a awesome car, very clean, simple and sweet, thanks for the pics. had a feeling 1000 plus would have traction problems. i have a gt, but i love those coupes! :D
