So I bought a 8" renegade pulley... what should I expect?

I found a slightly used renegade crank pulley for sale and picked it up. I am not going to change the pulley on the supercharger because I do not want to void the warranty in any way. What kind of boost/power might I expect from the 8" crank pulley and the stock blower pulley? BTW, I am probably not going to put it on for a bit. I think I can get some better numbers at the track the way it is and I want to keep it stock for a bit longer. The pulley was only 100 bucks and looks new in the pics, so I thought I might pick it up while I can :)

Nah, eric i gained a solid 3 psi with the 8" crank. It dosen't send the 2 belt desing into hperdrive like it does the single belt guys cause they have a 3" pulley and you have a 3.5" pulley. You had your timing @ 19* right? Get a 59" belt and let'r rip!! :D might get a longer belt to get it away from the waterpump pulley but you'll see what i mean and it's no big deal.

    HAVE FUN!! :)

fwiw, boost comes in 800 rpms sooner with the 8" crank!!! ;) big 60' helper

I am anxious to have the boost come on a bit lower in the rpms. How fast do you guys think I can get the car to go with my stock GT40 iron heads and the stock cam? It is full weight keep in mind...

I thought so too! The pics he sent me, it looked basically new. He had good trader feedback on the Corral, and it should be here tomorrow according to the UPS tracking number. I have had really good luck buying/selling on the net. I hope this works out as well!
