Yea I go to Keystone Raceway when I can...I know you remember me Mike. I have a black 89 GT with 93 Cobra wheels...Everytime I went to the track to race, you would ask me if I had my NOVI on yet...I'm the stupid kid who had his NOVI sitting in the garage for 2 months before I put it on.

To answer your question, i have my bypass and hoses...just need to put it on.

it was strange today, i took the bosch part numbers to the volvo dealer and he said he needed the year car it fit. he couldnt find a number...he found a bypass and it was metal and didnt look like the plastic bypass .

anyone else have an outlet for this part. i need to get one ordered before i get the metal pipe coming from 468LC.

    thanks.

    Here is the p/n that I used for the Bosch valve,0 280 142 108
Any good parts house should be able to get this valve for you without any further info givin to him or her.

here is the pic of my simple 90* plumbing again.:D

I purchased a custom discharge tube from 468LC and he did a great job. I purchased a bypass from expressautoparts.com. The P/N is 0 280 142 110 it is a charge air bypass valve for a 2000 Saab; 9-5 Turbo V6. Hope this information helps out.

    Questions on install...

Just got Bosch bypass today. Thought about trying to install it in the NOVI 1000 discharge tube that comes from Paxton. I have an Accufab 75mm throttle body. What size custom discharge tube could I run, and does anyone know where I could pick one up? Also, is the bypass directional? Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks...

    Hey bileaux
Yes the bypass is directional. The large port directly opposite of the vacuum port faces the discharge tube.

If you want some ideas on a custom dischare tube that won't collapse on itself do a search for my username and or E mail me.
SBeasley@Prodigy.net I can help you out.:)

Ryde I get my fittings from Lowes in the plumbing section and the radiator hose I get from Pep Girls. LOL I just make the parts dude run around with a tape measure until he coughs up the proper hose.:)
