    Idler pulley bearings got waisted!

    Does anyone know if ATI sells just the bearings ? Anyone know who elso might carry them, (Autozone,napa,etc)?

    Napa carries them, as well as any other major autoparts store. Same thing happened to mine. They siezed,and burned/snapped my belt in half while I was driving down the road. I had to use a press to get them out. I had Ian make a custom one for me, which included brearings, because the ATI pulley is a p.o.s. and will wear away, if it hasn't already. Look in the Photopost section at my recent pictures. Very nice!

    By the way, ATI doesn't sell the bearings by themselves, and a new pulley is $80!!! Ians........$72 and some change.

    You see the distortion of the ati pulley ? I got 1 doing that!!! like some cheap *** aluminum they use or what ?

    @#$% ProCharger!!!! i got new bearings from napa (6.50) each !!!!

    Mine is making a noise until it gets warmed up.
    Got a manufacturer/part number for the bearings?

    From Napa, part # 6203-2RSJ ......6.59$ each.....Theres two in each idler...
