d-1 install help questions

i was wondering some little things like on the renegade brackets are teh 3 bolts that go into your head through blower brackets sopposed to be the same ones if so can someone let me know and what size by some chance are they and if they need washers on them i would appreciate this thanks

for the one on my Big Block Cheby, there is one longer than the other 2.

was there a stud already on the head holdin something on or should the 3 bolts all be the same and not a stud and 2 bolts
