I understand that an oil cooler extends the life of a ball-driven unit and makes changing the oil easier. I know that I can purchase a cooler and 6psi fuel pump to create my own system.

Question is, what about the mounting position (height) of the cooler in front of the radiator... Should it be above/same/below the oil level of the supercharger unit? My setup, '96 T/A, has the SN-93 mounted under the engine on the driver's side so unless I mounted the cooler v-e-r-y low I'm concerned that the fluid level would overflow the supercharger???

Also, if I were to 'tap' permanent fitting into the SN-93 case for this should I pump oil out from the bottom, through the cooler, and back into the side or vice-versa?

Thanks!
