    Fitting for oil pan tap

    I am looking to see what is the fitting i need to put in the oil pan after I tap it. Where can i buy it?? It is a fitting that like home depot sells or can i get it from a performance checker??

    If you have the tap already, you just need to match a fitting up to it. You can pick up the fitting at either home depot,lowes, or a sears hardware. I got mine from sears hardware.

    The fitting you would normally use is a 3/8" NPT fitting....looks like this:



    You can get these at Home Depot, etc.
